MBL infra was darling of porinju 2 years ago . Last few quarters due to pledge shares selling it took a beating and has corrected by 60-70%. Management had guided that all shares would depledged by 31st march 2017. Has that happened and if that has happened would it be turn around story like j kumar infra..
Considering that it has not yet taken off, does market know something which is not told by balance sheet?

MBL infra has reported better results compared to last quarter. Stock has hit a upper circuit breaker... What's the status of promoters pledged share? Ar they depledged?

The data in the BSE still shows huge pledging by promoters of MBL Infra. It appears that the debt will be restructured as per a letter written by the Co to the BSE.

With reference to news flashed on CNBC TV 18 dated May 25, 2017 quoting "MBL infra debt pegged around Rs. 1635cr and RBL bank files case against bankruptcy norms", MBL Infrastructures Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of Clarification is enclosed.

Porinju's holding in MBL Infra is not known. But it shows how stocks must be bought when they are deeply down. Risk reward becomes in favour.
