Porinju's Equity Intelligence PMS bought 212000 shares of Cimmco Ltd in a bulk deal on 23rd March 2017 at Rs. 69.95 per share.
Cimmco is likely to be a multibagger stock pick. The pedigree of the promoters is good. It is a 75 percent subsidiary of Titagarh Wagons. It has a 200 acre land at Bharatpur that will be used partly for defence as well for wagons building. The order book is quite decent. They will get more orders especially defense related. Cimmco is very cheap with a market cap of less than Rs 200 crore.
