Today's market opened negative because of negative global news and IIP, Inflation numbers were negative. Sensex lost 182.03 points to 29461.45 Nifty lost 52.65 points to 9150.80.

Top gainers

IOC by 3.12% to 422, Indiabulls housing finance by 2.17% to 957, Bank of Baroda by 1.83% to 175.50, BPCL by 1.62% to 728.90 and Sun pharma 1.21% to 691.50.

Top losers

Hindalco by 5.13% to 183.10, INFY by 3.71 to 932.90, Infratel by 3.28% to 355, Tata steel by 3.05% to 462.85 and Tata motors DVR by 2.77% to 276.95
