One of the reports states vijay kedia holding 57.13 lak shares worh 34 cr. Whilethis translates into more than 1% holding it does not appear in corporate actions. Can anyone confirm if he is holdong lykis or not

Yes. Vijay Kedia is shown in the list of shareholders (as promoter). You may have looked in the list of public shareholders. His name appears in the list of promoters.
