Porinju tweeter says he bought 5% in kaya at 850 Rs. While corporate action does not reflect the sane. Can anyone confirm if porinju holds kaya or not?

One of the reports states vijay kedia holding 57.13 lak shares worh 34 cr. Whilethis translates into more than 1% holding it does not appear in corporate actions. Can anyone confirm if he is holdong lykis or not

While any investor exceeds 1% holding in a company, the event is available as corporate action on bse/nse. Is there any way you can find out holding before it reaches 1%... Is there any portal giving this infotmation
