Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and Radhakishan Damani have added shares of Mumbai-based real estate development and leasing company Prozone Intu Properties into their portfolio.

The stock has been a multibagger. It has given a gain of nearly 100 per cent from the March lows.

Radhakishan Damani is one of the major shareholders of Prozone Intu Properties. He holds 1.26 per cent stake as March 31.

Rakesh Jhunjhunwala holds 2.06 per cent in Prozone Intu Properties.

Shares of Prozone Intu Properties traded at Rs 14.55 on May 18 against their 52-week low of Rs 7.45, scaled on March 27.

Prozone Intu Properties is yet to announce earnings for March quarter. The Promoters held 30.40 per cent stake in the company as of March 31, while foreign portfolio investors Intu India (Properties) and Acacia Partners had 7.67 per cent and 3.55 per cent, respectively.

Radhakishan Damani has several multibaggers in his portfolio such as Avenue Supermarts, India Cements, VST Industries, Foods & Inns, Simplex Infrastructure, SpencerNSE 4.21 %’s Retail, Delta Corp and Kaya.

Rakesh Jhunjhunwla also has several top holdings such as Aptech, Titan, NCC, Rallis, Delta Corp, Agro Tech Foods, Geojit Financial Services, Crisil, VIP, Anant Raj, Federal BankNSE 0.76 %, among others.
