While any investor exceeds 1% holding in a company, the event is available as corporate action on bse/nse. Is there any way you can find out holding before it reaches 1%... Is there any portal giving this infotmation

The annual report is required to give a list of top ten shareholders. This reveals names of shareholders who may be holding less than 1%.

Thanks, but if investor doe not fall in top 10 it is hidden. Also this information would be once a year...
If you ask for information about a specific investor holding less than 1% under RTI, Is the investor required to disclose it under right to information act?

No. The Right to information act has no application to private parties.

I am not aware of any such site. The existing sites automatically scrape the information from the BSE site. As holdings of less than 1% are not shown on BSE, the sites have no way to pick up the data.
