Vikas Khemani says 2025 could be a great year for financials. It may beat other sectors. There are great opportunities. Avoid small Banks. Stick to large Banks. PSU Banks are quoting at 0.8 PBV with 15-17 RoE & are a value play. Many can give 30-40% return
