what is the reason Ashish Kacholia has dumped vadilal? Is the dispute and power tussle among brothers reason to dump it? What makes Porinju think differently than Ashish kacholia to buy the stock?

Can't think of any other reason for the desperate sale. There may also be audit problems which may not be in public domain yet. Porinju's investment is relatively a small amount compared to that of Ashish Kacholia.
