Porinju equityintelligence bought DS Kulkarni in October. Subsequent to that due to arrest of promotor for not paying FDs of retail investors it tanked.Now DSK is out on bail. Raj Thakre has appealed investors to support him and has assured FDs will be paid. Considering DSK is sitting on a land bank with value much higher than debt is it a time for a bargain hunt on this stock?
Once payment starts stock will shoot up and will not get entry point for retail investors.

Stock looks interesting. However, it is suitable only for investors with appetite for risk.

After Raj Thakre Nitin Gadkari has come in to support DSK to vouch that promoter is honest and appealed FD owners to support him during this liquidity crunch. With two politicians Raj Thakre and Nitin Gadkari supporting him, DSK will get help in monetizing his land bank and repay FD owners. Considering real estate sector showing green shoots , you can't get the stock at such a low valuations.. Risk reward scale is tilting towards reward for this script..

True but it is still a risky stock. A lot of things can go wrong with such stocks.
